  • REFUND POLICY

    Your experience means the world to me, and I always want you to feel cared for from the moment you book until you receive your photos. To keep everything clear and stress-free, here’s how I handle bookings, cancellations, and refunds:

    Deposits & Bookings

    • A small deposit is required to secure your session. This simply holds your date and time so it’s reserved just for you. Deposits are non-refundable, but they can be transferred if we need to reschedule.

    Cancellations & Rescheduling

    • Life happens, and I completely understand! If you need to change your date, just let me know at least 48 hours before your shoot, and I’ll happily find a new time that works for both of us.

    • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may mean the deposit can’t be transferred, as the time has already been set aside for you.

    Refunds

    • Because photography is a service and time is specially reserved, refunds aren’t available once the shoot has taken place.

    • If, for any reason, I’m unable to provide the service (such as illness or an emergency), you’ll be offered either a full refund of your deposit or the option to reschedule—whichever feels best for you.

    ✨ A Quick Note About Your Booking

    Thank you so much for booking your photoshoot — I can’t wait to capture these special moments with you! Here are just a few quick things to keep in mind:

    • Your booking is secured with a non-refundable deposit.

    • If you need to reschedule, just let me know at least 48 hours before, and we’ll find a new date.

    • The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your shoot.

    • Final edited photos will be ready within 2–4 weeks.

    • You’re welcome to share and print your photos for personal use (credit is always appreciated 💛).

    • If the weather doesn’t play along for an outdoor shoot, we’ll simply reschedule at no extra cost.
